1. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of Tool Corner and to the purchases made on it. The website is run by toolcorner (see the legal notice). By using the website, you accept these terms. We may update them: the version that applies to a purchase is the one online on the day of the purchase.
2. The service
Tool Corner offers online tools for text, images and files. No account is needed. Most tools are free, with no limit of use. Some AI tools let you see the result for free, and offer the download of the full resolution (HD) result for a fee.
The tools are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that they work without interruption or that their results fit every use. Check the result before using it for anything important, and keep a copy of your original files.
3. Your use of the tools
- Only process files and texts that you have the right to use.
- Do not use the tools for anything illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
- Do not try to disrupt the website, bypass the payment, or use it in an automated way at scale.
You keep all rights to your files and to the results you create.
4. Paid downloads
Price
The price is shown on the tool page and in the payment window before you pay. It is a one-time payment per image, with no subscription.
Payment
Payment is made by card or by the other methods offered in the payment window, through our payment provider Stripe. Your card details are never sent to us. A receipt is sent to the email address you give to Stripe.
Delivery
The HD result is available for download right after the payment, in the same page. Results are kept for a limited time (about one hour): download it right away.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the payment, without giving any reason. Send an email to victor.project.dev@gmail.com with your receipt (or the date and the email address used for the payment), saying that you withdraw from your purchase. You will be refunded in full, with the same payment method, within 14 days of your email.
Problems and refunds
If you paid but could not download your result, or if the result is clearly faulty, send an email to victor.project.dev@gmail.com within 30 days with your receipt. We will deliver the result again or refund you.
5. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, or for the loss of files you did not keep a copy of. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
6. Personal data
How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a problem, write to victor.project.dev@gmail.com first: most issues are solved quickly. If we cannot agree, a consumer can refer the dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge, or to the competent French courts.
